The Datum DCCM1 Corner Crack Monitor is used to monitor horizontal and vertical movement across a crack in a corner. The perspex monitor is hinged at 90° enabling the user to constantly check and monitor internal and external corners.

The instrument consists of two precision gauges that overlap each other over their length. The base plate is calibrated in millimetres and the top plate is transparent and marked with two lines that form a cross.

The user can choose to affix the monitor by using screws or a standard epoxy two pack adhesive.
