Sales and Refunds
We sincerely hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but should you need to return an item we always advise that you contact us by phone or email to see what we can do to help. The following terms apply to end user sales only (not business to business) :-
- Where goods are faulty then we will arrange collection of the goods for replacement or refund. If you return them to us by any other method (unless agreed in writing by us) we may not be liable for the return costs.
- We are happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us that are undamaged and unused, fully resalable complete with the original packaging in good order within 10 working days of receipt by you.
- Please note, you will be liable for any goods returned to us that arrive damaged due to bad packaging for transit.
- We may refuse to refund or apply a 25% restocking fee If goods are returned to us after 10 working days or if they are returned in an un-resalable condition.
- Proof of postage does not count as proof of receipt by us. Refunds will be made to the debit/ credit card used for payment around 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
- Please note - Refunds on software are not applicable once payment has been received.
